Hi, I’m Olga.

Before strategy came sport — and lessons that still shape how I work today.

A former professional gymnast turned strategy, design, and innovation expert with a background in Economics and Management Strategy. Based in Barcelona and working globally, I’ve spent the last decade partnering with startups, corporations, and nonprofits to advance entrepreneurship and customer-centricity, shape strategies, design propositions, and drive transformation.

At the core, my work has focused on strategy and change management, business and service design, and innovation.

Today, I channel this experience into the sustainability transition: helping businesses stay relevant and embed sustainability into their operations and supporting NGOs to amplify their impact through strategy, design, and capability building. My approach balances human insight with business rigor. I’m skilled at understanding what drives people while aligning solutions with organizational goals, ensuring change is both meaningful and effective.

Passionate about sustainable fashion and originally from Como, a city with a rich textile heritage, I now work as a strategist at Cascale, a non-profit focused on combating climate change and promoting decent work across the fashion industry. My strength lies in combining strategic clarity and systems thinking with empathy and curiosity, enabling me to bridge perspectives, foster collaboration, and help organizations turn ambition into action.

What I believe in.

In today’s fast-paced world, it's easy to fall into inertia and just go with the flow. That’s why I’ve decided to anchor the beliefs, values, and practices I hold dear in my work into this personal manifesto. This not only keeps me grounded but might also help you assess if we’re a good fit.

  • Design is the silent social scripter that influences the world. From the products we love to our belief systems, design designs us (Leyla Acaroglu). I embrace this superpower and use it wisely.

  • In an era of environmental and social crisis, inaction is our greatest threat. We need all hands on deck, and we need them now. I choose to act. For real people, for real-world problems. Because this work can’t wait. Because this work can’t be an afterthought anymore.

  • Moving from what is to what if, and to what’s next, is energizing. Yet, we’re often restrained from being the curious and brave solutionists we all can be. I facilitate powerful possibility spaces where we can imagine alternative futures and be motivated to take action.

  • Ideas are good; execution is even better. I take time to ground my work into reality so that we can move beyond interesting ideas, and into action and implementation. I believe in “idealistic pragmatism” and progress over perfection.

  • Context shapes solutions and solutions shape context. It’s a back-and-forth between the invisible and the visible. I am thorough in my approach and understand it’s the only way to bring solutions that work out into the world.

  • No meaningful change has ever been driven in a vacuum. I welcome being challenged, and I rely on people with different areas of expertise to effectively do my work because we need us to write the next chapter.
